Exhibition This World, As We See It, Is Already Disappearing

For this group exhibition, we created a fresco around the windows. The exhibition dealt with the inevitable demise and ever-changing nature of reality, through a paraphrase of a decaying castle environment. Given the number and diversity of the displayed works, we wanted to create a coherent unified surface and, at the same time, draw the surrounding environment with the wisteria climbing outside the windows into the gallery. We worked with stains, patina formed during the drying of the wall, and the specific dim light quality created by the positioning around the windows.
