Fresco at TIC Gallery

This ceiling fresco was created in a room that is part of the facilities of TIC Gallery in Brno on Radnická Street. The room currently houses the ArtMap Bookstore with art literature. The fresco was painted to enrich and inhabit this space. In designing the central motif, we drew on the vocabulary of vaults and the imprecision of medieval builders, which we emphasized in the painting. The colors were chosen to underline the vaulting and brighten the room. The need to illuminate this space was further balanced by monochrome stucco motifs, which we left in gray tones on the adjacent walls.
